Public Corporate & Regulatory Disclosures

This document establishes the official corporate governance, statutory disclosures, proprietary operating constitution, and trademark boundaries of the Starlork platform and its parent company, Marsix Technologies, within the Republic of Ghana.

1. Trademark & Independent Infrastructure Disclaimer

Critical Legal Protection Notice

Starlork is an independent telecommunications network operator and captive portal platform operated exclusively by Marsix Technologies. Starlork is NOT affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or a subsidiary of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) or Starlink.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

The marks “Starlink”, “SpaceX”, and associated satellite device logos are the registered trademarks of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. Any mention or visual reference to Starlink hardware on this platform is purely nominative and descriptive, intended solely to inform subscribers of the underlying Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite backhaul infrastructure utilized to supply local network nodes.

3. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

Starlork operates in strict alignment with the statutory and regulatory frameworks established by the laws of the Republic of Ghana:

  • National Communications Authority (NCA): Operations comply with public Wi-Fi provisioning regulations, frequency band allocations (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz unlicensed ISM bands), and internet service reselling guidelines set forth by the NCA.
  • Data Protection Commission (DPC): User data handling, account records, and network telemetry processing are conducted in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). For further details, consult our Privacy Policy.
  • Cyber Security Authority (CSA): Network access points, firewall configurations, and captive portal traffic controls adhere to national public network cybersecurity standards to combat cyber fraud and unauthorized network interception.
  • Payment Systems & Settlement: All consumer billing and Mobile Money transactions are processed through institutions licensed and supervised by the Bank of Ghana (including Paystack Payments Limited and Hubtel).

4. Master Commercial Operating Charter

This Master Commercial Operating Charter & Proprietary Enterprise Constitution is formally declared and affirmed in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Republic of Ghana, by Nsiah Martin, Founder, Director, and Controlling Principal of Marsix Technologies:

Section 4.1: Sole Enterprise Declaration

The Sole Founder, operating through Marsix Technologies, is the exclusive conceptualizer, principal capital contributor, sole systems architect, and sole legal owner of the Starlork platform and telecommunications infrastructure. All prior discussions, draft consortium arrangements, prospective investor memorandums, or joint venture negotiations with third parties are formally superseded, extinguished, and rendered null and void, establishing Starlork as a 100% unified, private proprietary commercial enterprise under the sole executive authority of Nsiah Martin.

Section 4.2: Absolute Equity & Asset Ownership

Nsiah Martin, through Marsix Technologies, holds 100% of the legal, equitable, operational, and capital equity of Starlork. No third party, former contractor, advisor, or associate holds any shares, options, equity warrants, debt instruments, or intellectual property claims against the venture, its goodwill, or its software stack.

Section 4.3: Intellectual Property & Software Stack

All proprietary source code, Next.js frontend applications, Supabase database schemas, automated Mobile Money webhook listeners, captive portal algorithms, Borrow Now qualification engines, self-serve advertising architectures, and SDN network controller integrations are the exclusive, unencumbered intellectual property of Marsix Technologies. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, decompilation, cloning, or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

5. Formal Service of Legal Process

All formal legal notices, subpoenas, or statutory correspondence directed to Marsix Technologies or Starlork must be delivered via registered post or transmitted electronically to:
